Meet Emily, a United Nations communication expert and diplomat turned author, fashion designer, bestselling author of “Born to Write” and Conscious Publishing House CEO. She is a multilingual book doula and language expert who clients call "a walking rose quartz" and "word-smythy mermaid." Emily is best-known for her blend of feminine oracle energetics and ingenious story-selling strategy that adapts to any industry. After raising $50 Million USD for global charities and the United Nations, Emily quit to found her own publishing house and a communication company which supports soul-led entrepreneurs changing the planet one story at time. She holds advanced degrees in English, Philosophy and Human Security and is based between Canada and Tulum, Mexico with her darling baby son.

As a Canadian-born, blond girl raised in the Afro-Caribbean island nation of Haiti, I learned quickly about not fitting in and how painful it can feel to contort yourself to try to belong. Those chameleon days are over. Now I harness my multi-lingual, cross border acumen (with an English Literature B.A. and Masters Degree in Diplomacy) into the ability to teach just about anyone the mastery of any form of writing. Toss in some psychic energy work and you’ve got a sense of how things vibe around here!

I've spent the last twelve years immersed in creative strategy and copywriting for some of the world’s leading organizations and G8 governments. After raising $50 Million in grants for humanitarian organizations through my writing system, I quit the United Nations and moved to Tulum, Mexico. Now I am founder of two exciting new companies, emilybauman.co and my conscious marketing and book writing collective TheNewBoss.Co.
I regularly host sold-out workshops about creativity, confidence and conscious copywriting using my unique “Inside-Out Writing System”. My fresh story-selling approach bridges spirituality, storytelling and marketing. It’s some of the most juicy content on social media!
